If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service, you are eligible for a refund of the incorrect charges.

Service Unavailability:

If our premium services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Change of Mind:

If you simply change your mind about using our premium services after purchase.

Misuse of Services:

If your access to premium features was revoked due to violation of our Terms of Service.

Expired Subscriptions:

For expired subscriptions that were not renewed.

Discord Server Deletion:

If the Discord server where the bot was used is deleted or you are removed from the server.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

The amount of time the premium services were used
The nature and severity of the issues experienced
The specific circumstances of your case
